Getting started
Nook puts a real person on your website as tap-to-play video answers. Setup is three steps and takes about five minutes. No developer needed.
1. Create your account
Sign up at app.usenook.live. On first login, a short wizard asks for your site URL and reads your pages to suggest the questions visitors actually ask. You can accept those or write your own.
2. Add your first questions
In Questions, add the things visitors are silently asking, for example "How does pricing work?", "Is this right for me?", "How do I get started?". Start with three to five. The free plan includes up to three.
3. Record (or upload) an answer
For each question, record a 20 to 30 second answer right in the browser. Nook drafts a script from your materials and shows it as a teleprompter, so you read instead of freeze. Prefer not to film? Upload a clip you already have. See Recording answers.
4. Go live with one line
Open Embed, copy your script tag, and paste it into your site. The widget appears, loads asynchronously, and only fetches a video when a visitor taps, so it never slows your page down. Full per-platform steps in Install on your site.
That's it
Your face is now on your site. From here you can make questions page-aware, add lead capture, choose a player shape, and watch which questions get tapped in Analytics.
