All sales are final. Nook does not offer refunds for single videos, video packs or Pro and Studio subscriptions, including partly used or unused purchases.
Try before you pay
Your first video is free, up to one minute long, so you can see exactly what Nook makes from your recording before you spend anything. Please make your free video first and decide from that.
Single videos ($9) and video packs
A video purchase unlocks one video right away: a longer length limit, no watermark, downloads, re-renders and translations. A pack adds 5 videos to your Pro or Studio plan straight away. Because they are delivered and usable as soon as you pay, they can't be returned.
If a render fails or comes out broken because of a problem on our side, email us and we will fix it or re-run it for you at no cost. That is our remedy instead of a refund.
Pro and Studio subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it stops renewing.
- We don't give refunds or credits for the rest of a month or year after you cancel, or for videos you didn't use. Unused videos carry over one month only, and extra videos from packs end when your plan ends.
- If you were charged after cancelling because of an error on our side, email us and we'll sort it out.
Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and sends your receipts. Please contact us at support@usenook.live before opening a dispute with your bank, so we can look into the problem first.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be waived by agreement.
